A commercial overview

The NUCLeUS-NeBULA service and support offerings involve more than simply installing invisible updates. Continuous system monitoring, and report generation covering functional and technical aspects and intensity of use are e.g. good examples of the latter.

Service level contracts

This type of contract contains:

• Telephone support
• Newer versions of the software, installation of updates/patches / Remote tuning of an installation, performance optimization and configuration updates
• A quarterly reporting on:
  • Report of use
  • Functional report
  • Technical report
• Preventive maintenance (based on the measured reporting info)
• Issue handling, software tuning, problem resolution

This type of contract covers everything from "Update and maintenance" but basically extends warranty to all hardware materials even after standard warranty, in order to guarantee a good functional operation of NUCLeUS-NeBULA.

This type of contract covers everything from "Update and maintenance" and "Extended Warranty" but basically extends the overall service and coverage level, and adds an additional set of financial benefits.

Coverage details, per model

Components in this section cover all different elements of the NUCLeUS-NeBULA software: local applications (softtransmitter, NeBULA software) and centralized software (database, application server, log server, media server…).

• NUCLeUS: transmitters, receivers, auditorium units…
• NeBULA: NeBULA box SD/HD, remote control box…

This contains all software which is not developed in house, but which is used in the installations. eSATURNUS and partners service only the software which has been bought via the company or its partners.

All third party materials which are used by NeBULA-NUCLeUS and bought via eSATURNUS or partners: screens, servers, computers, audio materials, overview cameras…
